A group of seventeen 3º ESO students (groups A and B) enjoyed the visit to the Malaga Airport on Monday 17th February. Two teachers, plus one trainee student, accompanied them and encouraged them to follow Helen, the 'Green Jacket' (a member of the Information Staff) in charge of the visit, and try to understand her explanations in English.
We did a role-play at the check-in counters (where we were given our boarding passes), and then went through Security Control as if we were a group of real passengers. After a 15-minute break, we met at the boarding gate right opposite the big Control Tower, and then went down to visit the Baggage Reclaim area.
A different class, really (...¡y el tiempo se pasó volando!)
Dear students, This blog has been designed thinking of you. We -the teachers- would like you to participate by doing the exercises which you will be asked to do online, or simply by writing your comments, ideas or suggestions. Your parents will also be able to take a look at the activities of the school, and let us hope that everybody helps make the blog a useful and enjoyable tool.
