Dear students,
This blog has been designed thinking of you. We -the teachers- would like you to participate by doing the exercises which you will be asked to do online, or simply by writing your comments, ideas or suggestions.
Your parents will also be able to take a look at the activities of the school, and let us hope that everybody helps make the blog a useful and enjoyable tool.
On Thursday 23rd February a big group of students from the 1º and 2º courses crossed part of the city to see the play THE BOARDING SCHOOL OF HORRORS, which had been prepared especially for them.
...And now the English teachers would like them to give an answer to these questions: 1. DID YOU LIKE THE PLAY? 2. Did you like going on foot (rather than by bus) ?
THE ACTORS spoke in English and in Spanish. 3. DID YOU UNDERSTAND THEM WELL?

La motivación del Día de los Enamorados (14 de febrero, San Valentín) se ha extendido por toda la semana. Varios paneles de cristal se cubrieron con los folios donde los alumnos habían imprimido la letra de sus canciones de amor favoritas (naturalmente, cantadas en Inglés). Participaron alumnos de todos los niveles, de 1º a 4º de ESO.

Los profesores eligieron 3 de entre esas canciones para poder trabajar en las clases con las letras y los correspondientes archivos de vídeo (en Youtube). Esas tres canciones elegidas son las que se incluyen en esta entrada, para que cualquiera pueda seguirlas, si es su deseo. Una de ellas, 'Eternal flame' sonó por la megafonía del instituto el viernes 17 de febrero, en tiempo de recreo.
